I have had nothing but quality service from LCI. I have been clients of theirs for a number of years and would highly recommend. The way they provide client care and address your needs and issues makes you feel like you’re their only customer. Shane has gone above and beyond for me.
In the past 2-3 years I have had two claims, both of which were resolved to my satisfaction. One was interior home damage from a roof ice dam, the other was auto damage from a deer hit. I find my agency personnel to be knowledgeable, personable, and responsive.
