Lakenan Insurance of Perryville insures a driver that caused a 5 car accident that I was a victim in. When I called to make a claim, the agent, Alyssa, hung up on me. Upon further attempts to call and continue filing a claim my call was answered and then immediately hung up on several times, and other times just left to ring. My insurance company also tried to call to find claim information and their call was left unanswered multiple times. There is no voicemail to leave a message. This is unprofessional, unscrupulous and unlawful actions for an insurance company. I will be seeking further professional help for my case - DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER...an organization that functions like this should not be in business! If I could rate this business a negative number I would.
