Joe at Lake Shore Insurance Agency is awesome to work with! He has helped me out with car and home insurance since I bought my home in 2021. He’s always available to answer questions about my policies and is great at explaining the pros and cons to different situations. Most recently he was super helpful with submitting claims for appliance damage due to a power surge. I definitely recommend Lake Shore!

Rachael Lovequist has been our contact person at Lake Shore Insurance for many years. Our experience working with Rachael has always been positive and professional. We had a claim for total damage of a vehicle in 2023 and her first genuine concern was that we were not injured. Lake Shore Insurance is very happy to charge your monthly premium for over a year past the requested cancellation date. In fact, they do it very well and will never contact you about anything, especially when their agents leave the company and old clients are just put on AutoPay. Definitely use Lake Shore if you care about paying for a policy you don't want!
