Have been with Lakeshore ins Chardon office for over 30 years now. I used 2-3 others prior and they were only about the sale and zero follow up or were useless when i had any issues . I started with Judy (retired) who was incredible and now with Brian who goes way above and beyond to help me with any and every question i have. I would and have recommended them for years and will continue to. I really can’t say enough about the personal service i receive especially recently with Brian with helping me find the best company, rates and claim help. He goes above and beyond what anyone else has done and I could not be more impressed and appreciative of him and his efforts.

There was a mix up with our policy after we transferred in from one state to the next and we were nearly canceled after 16 years as a customer.
