The service I received from this company was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Lack of interest and communication with an I dont care attitude. Looking to purchase ins. for our company was told it was approved, given figures, had to have owner drive in 7hrs to sign paperwork the following morning then when double checking figures they didnt add up (I CAUGHT IT!) When I complained they said they left messages for the underwriters but no answers. I was upset because of no phone calls or trying to help. They told me....why dont you go somewhere else to look? IS THAT A WAY TO TREAT A POTENTIAL CLIENT? I THINK NOT.

Very bad service. They are not in office DURING office hours. When you try to call the number provided no one answers.

Wouldn’t recommend. No communication or guidance. If i could give them 0 stars i would. They cost my company $17K for something that could have been prevented on their side. RUN AWAY
