Absolutely horrible attitudes. I’ve been with them since 2019 and at first it was great. But everything has changed. The lady in there now has a sour look on her face constantly and a horrible attitude. Called yesterday because my insurance had lapsed and don’t know until I woke up so I called and I’ve been biting my tongue on her attitude I finally let her know she has a horrible one. Kinda funny she stated she don’t have a manager or some one higher I could speak with. Wonder how she go the job then???…. Took my payments off automatically without my consent or permission. And on to of all this my husband truck is supposed to be covered with full coverage and I’ve just now noticed it’s still under liability. Even went in to sign the paper to make sure it was full coverage. Great job Lacy

I’m not sure what is happening at the Local office but in the past 3 months I have been told that I would need to be called back because they couldn’t find my account (I have been with Lacy West insurance) 4 years! Never got a call back. Each month it becomes more irritating trying to make a payment as the staff seem incompetent and it is necessary to repeat myself numerous times.

DO NOT DO BUSY WITH THEM. I WOULD GIVE A MINUS 10 FOR HELPFULNESS
