Labarre-Oksnee Insurance

They charged us $165 to send a policy expiring in weeks and when we asked where the renewal was, they were unsure when they would be starting that process and asked me to check back at the expiration date. For the size of this development, you would except renewals to be something at the top of the list of importance as people could potentially be uninsured but the best they could do was offer an email saying "our goal is to always renew" (?) How do I tell the homeowner this?

This insurance company was hired by our association Woodview Patio Homes back in June I had a claim at the end of June with severe water damage. It is now February and my claim is still pending the adjuster nor the supervisor get back to me eight month and still can't move back in to my house because they are still review the claim. This company doesn't even have there own adjuster they contract from outside so you are at their mercy when your claim will get process. Worst company I have ever dealt with no sense of urgency. I can bet that I wont even hear from them even after this post. In order to post you have to put a star they don't even deserve a star.
