I can’t express how stressful shopping for car insurance is, especially after having 2 major car accidents that were not my fault. Then creating a massive financial strain which lead to my insurance lapsing for a few months. Then I remembered working with Mike Shuyler 2 decades ago and how honest, knowledgeable, and most important a man that puts the customer first. I was out of the country and he put together options immediately with not just finding coverage but a plan of how in the months to come by six months my rates would go down. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed about the circumstances leading to the lack of insurance gap, instead just “how can I help, and I will take care of you.” Mike is not only an asset to this organization but sets the bar in how to treat not just a custome

Melissa is amazing at help you at , she goes above and beyond to help you , now her boss is HORRIBLE, rude , no customer service skills what so ever . Left me on hold for 30 minutes not once did he come back to help me then he just hung up on me . But then again Melissa is great !
