Unfortunately, Michelle gives this business a bad reputation. I worked with a young lady who is no longer there and was very pleased until my insurance policies were handed over to her. Very unprofessional, and I had to call several times in one day to get something minor taking care of. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WITH THIS SAME SITUATION, and when you speak to her about it ITS LIKE I AM BOTHERING HER! No longer using this agency!!
