CAREFUL! FRAUDULENT! I wish I could give no stars because no one else should have to go through what I went through today. Grace was awesome but she’s gone now so I was forced to have a conversation with Liz Fernandez “The Owner”. The only reason why I know she’s the owner is because she was being disgustingly rude to me so I asked her for her name and her supervisor’s name and she cackled and said “yeah I’m the owner”. Attitude aside, in October I didn’t receive a renewal letter or a charge on my card and L and C was not responding to my emails or calls so I was forced to get the same insurance but through a different provider.
