We recently made the decision to get a quote from State Farm as our insurance rates were so high with the company we were with. We contacted Tad Jones and he was so helpful with providing us quotes that ended up being half the price for the exact same coverage. He answered all of our questions in a professional and timely manner and was so friendly and easy to talk to. He was quick to respond when we reached out to him with questions, made time for us right away and got us the coverage we needed for our vehicles. It was great seeing a young man from our home town working hard to take care of his community.
We have been customers with State Farm in Hubtsville for years, and since Kyler has taken over the customer service has been taken to the next level. The responsiveness and communication is amazing!! Im glad to have my business with them!! Keep up the great work!
Heather went above and beyond to help us get a quote quickly (we were leaving for vacation and needed a quote quickly) not only was she able to get us a quote the met all of our needs but also saved us money! Then she went above and beyond and emailed us our insurance cards so we would have them while we were gone on vacation! Thank you for you quick turn around and outstanding customer service!
they offer competitive prices.. and sitting down and talking to a real person that I can understand and that can understand me and a small town transparency from a well established company shows me that they are willing to work hard to compete with AI companies.... the old fashioned way honest hard work... they explained everything to me well and easy to understand and they offered me a policy that was fair and affordable cheaper than the online companies and as long as they are in this town I will always be a customer I'm glad that I walked into they're office... y'all get two thumbs up and a perfect score from me
