Grant was the prior owner of this Allstate branch and he was great. Kyle couch acquired the branch and he and his team are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve screwed up several times both with auto insurance and home insurance leaving me without insurance because of stupid errors/lack of follow through. It would be easier to not have an agent than work with this team. I’ve moved all my policies to another agent. Don’t waste your time- it’s a mess at this branch and they don’t know what they’re doing or care at all
