great local company & dedicated to their customers unlike the big box companies
Horrible communication skills, someone will say they will call you and never do, they switch your policy agent multiple times without notice. We switched our car insurance to elseware and cut the cost by half. Later switching other insurance coverages to another company cutting a $1400 annual bill to a $600 annual bill .... Rip off.
Called for a qoute and never even got a call back after giving all my info and waiting to do so for almost 45 mins.
I've had my insurance business with Kyes for almost 20 years. Always had wonderful service, wonderful enough when I moved away from the area I kept them!
Flint and the folks here worked hard to get us coverage that had a lot of non-standard complications.
