If you don’t want to waste time and money, stay away from that company . They barely pick up phone calls and when they tell you that they will call you back, they never do. They’re never ready to acknowledge you about what you should know about your business with them. They charged my bank account for a renewal, but didn’t even send a message to let me know and didn’t send me any new policy documents while the old one was expired. When I call, they ask me to stay on the line until an agent got back to me but hang up on me. I tried calling back, they keep hanging up on my face. If zero star was possible, that’s what I would give them.

Take forever to get back at you. I literally called over 10 times and nothing until I called again and got very upset. That's when they help me. Just take the message and call your customers back even if it is to say that you got their message and you will reach out soon, but at least we know that someone is acknowledging us.

Great service, Maria P. helped me get the best deals and options based on my needs after buying a new car. I was able to do the insurance, title transfer and get the plates all at this location which was such a time saver, especially with the registries new "by appt only" policy. I was at Roslindale location. It was only a female employee. I was earlier that they open at 9. She opened the door and offered her help. I was done in a very short time with my insurance and registration for the car that I bought. That female employee that helped me was excellent performing her job. I would recommend this office to my family and friends. Great ,fast and convinient, that's how I can name this office.
