KSN Insurance Agency: Allstate Insurance

I have six cars houses apartment insured with this agency for over 15 years.I understand the rate will increase over the year because the market, i have no problem with that but they did not even give me a heads up and they’re gonna raise me 50% so I am taking my business to AAA I also called him left a detailed message but no callback that’s not the way to treat your customers over 15 years. This is my reply to their responses,first, I did not receive any email from their company on 4/30, and Bruce just emailed me today(5/29/24) states that he did call me and NO RESPONSE, so he called my daughter instead, my daughter said he called around 5/14, well, I called their office way before that and left a detailed message, also they have my cell #, so if they care, they will keep trying or left

I have been with Allstate insurance for more than 10 years and I won't change a thing. Great customer service, I call to add change or pay my bill by phone all the time and they are always their to help and get it done on the same day. I recommend everyone to give it a shot and see what is there for you. Thanks Kim and associates for all the great work and exceptional customer service.

Switching to Allstate is the best decision i have made when it came to choosing insurance. I previously had Allied Insurance and only had full coverage insurance. I don't agree that AllState is raising the prices too high.They mentioned is because of too many accidents.They should raise the prices only to the ones at fault in accidents.They should give discounts to the good drivers.The problem with accidents won't be solved by raising the prices.

I had a major water leak late on a Friday. Although I filled the claim myself, There was no contact possible. They get the commission but are "do nothing" when I needed them to do something.
