We've been working with Kris Kelson and her team for 10 years and appreciate their proactive communication. Insurance is something I hope to set, forget and hopefully never need to use so it is easy to leave it on the backburner. I appreciate the multiple opportunities to check-in when needed. Her staff is friendly and responsive as well. In an environment here in CA that is harder and harder to get responsible insurance policies for our home, vehicles, etc, we are thankful that State Farm is honoring their commitment to us.
