We're going into our 2nd year of policy coverage with the Rykman Agency, and it was been a great working relationship from the first call. We have a number of policies with them, and they're staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. Often, I work with Christina and I've recently worked with Paige. Great experience each time!

Tim worked diligently to ensure my needs had been completely addressed and Jenny has checked in post signing up to ensure the transition to their agency went well and to see if we have any concerns or questions. Blair was amazing! Not only did she provide quotes to add another vehicle to our policy but she also took the time to review our policy and was able to reduce our premium significantly. In addition, she asked us to circle back with her prior to our June renewal so she can review the policy for any additional discounts.

Thomas spent a lot of time on the phone walking me through each policy and what my current coverage has. Patiently explained multiple times when I asked redundant questions to help me understand. Not only were they able to help us save and bundle our policies, they even helped us with cancelling our existing policies. Blair followed up with us the next day making sure all the data was accurate and again was there to answer any question we had. I highly recommend if you are looking at shopping insurance.
