Use to be the best insurance company ever. I would have referred everyone. Now idk what has happened but they aren't treating people right. Let’s just say I went from a $681.00 every 6 months to $3370.00 every 6 months. Only liability and only thing changed was a new driver my 16yo. Today after being told it was going up again. No accidents no tickets, I found different coverage. Please be aware before going in that it’s not the same place it use to be. I been with them for over 9 years. Go somewhere else. I’m now paying $2500 a year. Just saying

I tried getting a quote for auto insurance from this place. They took a week to get back to me, said they were short staffed and they were the highest rate out of 5 people I compared insurances from. It varies person to person, I have history of 0 accidents and they still quoted me at over $1600 for full coverage for one year. No military discount too. Two reasons for the one star is they took forever to call back and they were the highest rate. I don’t know why they have good ratings, this is the worst place to go.

They deserve a zero! Not only did they drop my coverage after an accident, that they didn't pay for, to an unacceptable level without my approval now they want me to pay for coverage I canceled a year later! And they're hiding behind state auto insurance laws to protect their agent commissions.

Even though I did not follow though with policy the customer service was excellent.
