I started using Knies Insurance Group when I purchased a jetski a few years ago and wanted to get insurance for it. I worked with Nicole and she provided me with a few different quotes and suggestions. I then purchased a brand new car not quite 2 years ago and decided to switch to Knies Insurance Group for that too. Nicole provided several quotes to me and helped me to understand verbiage in the policies that I didn't understand. Knies has been wonderful to work with so far and Nicole is always quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend using Knies Insurance Group.

Knies Insurance Group is by far the best insurance company I've ever dealt with, simply because they really care about their policy holders. Julie, Shelly, and Ashley are incredibly knowledgeable and have always been extremely helpful; going the extra mile, thinking outside of the box, to assist me with changes as well as getting me the best possible quotes for our home and autos. This kind of above-and-beyond customer service is rare nowadays. I'm sticking with the company that has stuck with me for many years now. It would be foolish not to. Furthermore, I would strongly recommended the Knies Insurance Group to anyone who has been disappointed in other run of the mill, fly by night so-called insurance companies.

Hands down the best insurance agency around! Always super helpful when I’ve needed to make changes and great at explaining everything to me. Recently I needed to add a vehicle after hours and Julie jumped to it to help me so I could drive away with the car that night. She’s always made sure I had the best insurance to fit my needs. They are friendly, treat you as though you’re family, and always have fast responses. Highly recommend to anyone who is in need of insurance!
