I can’t say enough positive things about this company and the people working here. We all know insurance isn’t necessarily fun, but having this company and their team on your side makes things smooth and seamless. I own a moving company. Richard, Cheryl and Peter guided me through the entire process of how insurance works for movers; answering my questions and emails right away. I also had a situation where I was stuck at DMV trying to register a moving truck, and getting pushback from The DMV workers. I called Kirkwood, Cheryl got on the phone (5 separate times!) To walk me and the DMV through the process, in real time! Had it not been for Cheryl and the team at Kirkwood, I would’ve had to have left DMV, without registering my truck, and waited another three weeks to get an appointment
