I dont recommend country in Clinton Illinois. I got told one thing and they are doing another. They are completely lazy and lousy insurance 🙄 gentia is the worst. She told me one thing then I got told another by her. You guys shouldn't tell a person one thing and then do another that's not cool!!!! So I'll be going elsewhere. I definitely don't recommend these guys.

Genita was super friendly and helpful. She explained what was needed in order for the claim to be initiated and expedited.

The staff was fabulous. I had a great experience thank goodness for Ganita. She saved my day!!

Genita was awesome. Answered all our questions, talked about was we could save, told us about teen drivers as we have one soon. Definitely recommend Genita.
