We use Kingery Kellum for our rental properties insurance. They have been wonderful, Jimmy Sloan is very knowledgeable and so helpful!
We made a home purchase recently with a realtor from this agency. This was the worst buying experience ever. If it was not a low inventory crazy market, I would not have made this purchase. The agent was the the listing agent and only cared about the seller and keeping her profit. What a normal agent would do and would take into account questions or concerns was not addressed only turned it around and was just rude to me as a buyer. I would not go with this agency if looking to purchase a home.
