I want to thank Lisa Pleasant who assisted me today to help me understand a form I received from my homeowner's insurance company. I know it's not easy having to speak to and help frustrated customers all day long. But Lisa was patient, friendly, and informative. Not being treated like an idiot goes a long way! Kudos to First Florida Insurance for hiring a stellar employee. She is what keeps customers coming back. :)

Found out through a letter from Auto Owners insurance was dropping my policy. Called agency and was told it was being worked on. 4 phone calls and messages were left unanswered. My policy was subsequently cancelled with no explanation from this agency. . When I signed up with them years ago, I specifically said that communication is paramount to me. Obviously that was a sales pitch that I fell for. I moved all my policies to another agent in town. I can’t overstate how disappointed I am with this situation.

It’s so nice to find an insurance agency that not only has saved me $ but also has such a wonderful group to work with too. Brenda has always quickly answered any questions about my home owners and auto policies. They offer lots of options for coverage from multiple well known insurance companies. Their quotes on my boat insurance will also save me money as well.

Thank you to Madonna for her help getting me switched to a better company for my homeowner's insurance and getting the whole process completed in a day. It's always a pleasure working with her both on my mom's new coverage and on our auto policy as well.
