Katie Delong was nothing but wonderful. She was courteous and spent her time looking for policy that was right for me and my home. She was patient and made sure to stay on the phone with me as we get all of our paperwork together. She made sure that I was satisfied with all parts of my policy and explained what I needed clarification with. I would 100% recommend as customer service is to tier.

My experience getting on board with KIN insurance was great. My salesperson Lauren made me feel comfortable and answered my questions so I totally understood. I wish Lauren could be my contact on-going. Customer service is becoming a lost art...not for Lauren though!!
