King Insurance Support Systems

Very poor service. They do not have any way to give you information regarding your policy unless you have your policy number. So if all my paperwork got burned up in a fire, they told me I need to wait till I get my annual update in the mail to get my policy number, and they can't help me.

After repeated calls for service I still have not received a call back. My house be blown to Oz for all these people care. This agency should be shut down for the sheer negligence and disdain they have for their own PAYING clients. The city of San Juan Capistrano should not even allow them to fo business there and the agents that that go through King are just as bad. My agent is in Cathedral City and behaves the same way they do. I will report them all to the insurance carrier. I don't suffer fools gladly and these people are about to find that out.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sent a payment via check for my yearly premium. I called as it had not yet cleared. Agent said, let me check...after being on hold, I was told that they could not locate my check. The Agent Nina said make the ACH payment with her and my check would be mailed back. It wasn't, it was cashed the same day as the ACH debit to my account. Back and forth with six telephone, they agreed to send me a check, s first I was told I would need to wait a week for my money to be returned! Totally unacceptable, after four more calls, Elizabeth said her supervisor, who never would answer her line, Gina "approved" a check to be sent to me via Fed-Ex. Got renewal notification with roof exclusion attached. They say my roof is to old. Roof is only 6 years old. Just a way for them to cancel me without cancelling me. Talking to my attorney about this.

They DEMAND for your property to look like a display house for them to insure it, we had some faith marks on our house and they "ask" for that to be cover Nothing please them, It feels that They are the Landlords
