The worker there (Ms. Dominguez) has the worst customer service. If you go to the office she will give you a hard time, if you call on the phone to ask her a question it seems as if she didn’t want to answer in the first place. I have had several negative experiences with her at the insurance office. The insurance company its self is okay, but the last working there is rude.

The lady at the front, her last name is Dominguez. She is always SO rude, she is never willing to help you, she always has an attitude and just gives you the hardest time. She just always seems like she does not want to help you, every time I come out of that insurance office I leave frustrated with her.

This is the best place to go to the right insurance you need. Mr. Lewis and Michelle have been there for a very long time, and it's nice they know me and my dad when we walk through the door. They both know their stuff, and if you need good quality insurance like Progressive, go here, you won't be disappointed.
