Kimberly Stephens State Farm Insurance was recommended to me by my son who told me they took the time to provide him with the insurance he needed at the price he wanted. Jason took the time and extra effort to meet his needs and budget. Their prices and superior customer service is what brought me to them and I made the switch to State Farm. Great people. I have been with Kimberly Stephens as my agent for about 8-9 years now. And they are always fantastic and friendly. I recently called to see about getting some adjustments to my policies and wow I have to say Jason went above and beyond to get me the information I was seeking.

If you're tired of having an insurance company that does everything through automation. If you want an insurance company where you can meet in person and get things accomplished the same day. If you want to feel like a person and not a number. Then i highly suggest this office over all the others. I was with another company. That did everything online. There wasnt an office to go drop papers off or pick papers up. I couldnt get answers to my questions through email in the same day i asked the questions. The straw that broke the camels back, was when i had to file a claim. I was already shaken up from the accident i was in. I have a home where the hill behind my shed came down and broke through the back wall. I rent the property I live on but own the shed and home. I called my insurance company and they basically told me tough luck. I called Jason, Kimberly's office is just down the street, Jason explained to me how and why they denied my claim.
