I've only dealt with the office in Minden but they always treated me right and any time I couldn't come to the office my agent came to me in castor and Shreveport!

My family has used this company for many years never had any issues with them and everyone you talk to is very nice and helpful

Was on the phone with a rep and she hung up on me after getting so frustrated with me. Everyone at this company must be the life of the party. So unprofessional.

I would give this location 5 stars because the service with my dad was excellent. However, as far as the company? Not so much. My sister recently passed and named our father as the beneficiary on two policies. This company is only supposed to give policy information to the beneficiary. Somehow another family member was able to call a different location and got the information of how much the policies were for. And even tried changing his mailing address. We were pleased that this location followed procedure and policies but which ever location that gave out that information should be sued!! How could they let something like that just be given out? That wasn’t anyone’s business to know and then to try and have the checks sent somewhere else is unconscionable!!! They have no morals and I do
