If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. When we got CHIP for my daughter, I didn't know that you could select different MCOs and we were given kidzpartners. My daughter was not even 6 months old at the time and we had our coverage terminated TWICE! For "nonpayment" meanwhile when I called and talked to a customer service rep, they told me that we made all of our payments on time and even paid a month in advance. So tell me why we did EVERYTHING right, yet my child is left without insurance and we are suffering the consequences of a mistake that is not ours. We did everything we were supposed to do, when we were supposed to do it. Come September, we found out we had not had insurance coverage on my child since JUNE and yet we were paying the full amount listed on the monthly bills t
Twice within a four-month period, my insurance coverage was incorrectly terminated due to what the company called a “system glitch.” During both times, premiums were still being deducted from my account, yet my children were left without active coverage—an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation. On top of that, I attempted to get reimbursed for medication. I completed the required form and mailed it, only for it to be returned due to an incorrect address on their end. After resending it to another address given to me, I was told to follow up in a week. Then I was told to wait 45 days. Their billing system is terrible. I paid the full amt that was due. But somehow the rep is only able to see half of the payment made. Mind you i have proof that the full Amt was taken from my account as well as the payment confirmation number. So where’s the other half of the payment? . I can’t wait until open enrollment time for my job. I’ll be looking into adding my son onto my employers plan. Since my son has had this plan it’s been a headache from day 1.
I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Kidzpartners over the past several months. Despite making consistent, on-time payments, my children have repeatedly been left without insurance coverage due to persistent issues with the company’s systems and communication. Initially, coverage lapses occurred due to poor communication from Kidzpartners, which were only resolved after significant effort on our part. However, even after ensuring timely payments, our coverage was abruptly terminated again, this time attributed to a glitch in the CHIP system. This has caused immense frustration, as my children are currently without the insurance for which we have paid. Not sure what they’re doing in the CHIP insurance business, completely behind the rest. No online payment portals, no online setup for automatic deductions. Customer service is slow. I would look elsewhere. Not user friendly at all.
