I found Gina Kidd very difficult to converse with as she has a tendency to talk over you rather than listen to your concerns. She was not readily available when you need questions answered, sometimes not returning my phone calls for several days then she acted as if I was bothering her. My automobile premium went from $625 per year to $2148 in December. She made no effort to call or contact me to help me find a better rate with a different company. They also had my homeowners policy which increased substantially as well. I would not recommend this Agency. I am very disappointed in the service I received.
