I was highly impressed with my agent Zachary Wanamake. Not only did he make the experience easy, he clearly explained everything, was very caring, and answered all my questions without trying to upsell me. He even explained to me the process of how insurance works and how insurance agents get paid, which was very transparent and honest - I haver never had this experience before when looking for insurers. Not to mention I a very happy with my rate with Statefarm and am paying almost 1/2 what I did with my previous insurer. All in all a great experience with this State Farm office so far!
