Jen continues to look out for the best options year after year for us & keeps in touch with pertinent information throughout each period. We feel confident that she always has our best interests in mind.
I use to really like this company. However now its a 3 ring circus to get ahold of someone. If I call the the toll free number I always get a message saying that the insurance agent has requested you contact them directly. If its after hours or a holiday then no one is there. I needed towed, i called the toll free number. Please call Miller Insurance directly. Nope it was 6 pm on a week night. No one was in. So donI wait. Or What donI do? This needs to be improved or I will go elsewhere.
Jen is very resourceful and it is great to have her working for to navigate through it all each term
always a friendly greeting when I go in. I have a policy for my cars, motorcycle and house through them.
