This company is amazing. I heard about them through my mother-in-law. She told me that her bill was a quarter of the cost that it was going through the agent she was going through. I procrastinated and waited still paying my bill every month of $230.25. Finally got on it and went to Keystone insurance. The woman there was amazing! Her name is Barbara, she brought my bill down to under $100 a month with full coverage on one vehicle and comprehensive on the other. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! Thank you for all your help!!

I can’t say enough about the lengths that Barbara and crew go to these days to find affordable insurance! Sometimes I think they take a deep breath when I walk back in the door AGAIN with another problem, but they always greet me with a smile and figure it out! They are also always interested in and very supportive of the many community projects I always seemed to be involved in. Being longtime residents and business owners in KH helps them understand your needs and the community’s.

I was with this company from 2018 until today. Like other 1 star reviews shown here, the communication is not great. Phone calls go unanswered and emails either come back undeliverable or no one responds. Whenever I have actual gotten to talk to someone, it's never the same person. My insurance premium jumped to $1400 for 6 months. Couldn't get ahold of anyone as usual. Just switched to State Farm for $600 for 6 months for the same coverage. Would not recommend based on my personal experience.
