We have been very pleased with the coverage choices that we have for our Home and Auto Policies. We have great coverage at affordable prices. My family has been insured with Deibler and company for the last 5 years. The service is top notch. We get immediate responses to our questions and we always talk with a live person. We've been asked to look at other insurance companies but we don't want to give up the incredible relationship we've established with Tara and her associates. Every chance we get we refer someone to them.

I contacted my agent, Jessica Areford, regarding wind damage to my property. She put the claim in ASAP, and I received a call from an adjuster, Vera, within three hours. The claim is moving along quicker than I anticipated. I'm very happy with the response.

My claim got put in July 24th and still have not received a check for damages. Had to call many times didn't get return calls and the adjuster is holding up the checks. Terrible customer service! If I could rate below of 1 * it would 0. I would not recommend this company for anyone! Even contact the owner Nathan still got no resolution and today is October 20th.
