Would give zero if was available. I paid for a home policy in full last July. I paid for an inspection $125 and forwarded to the broker. For the next six months they called relentlessly every week about scheduling a inspection. When I explained I had one and told them to just cancle and refund my money it fell on Def ears. Nomatter how many calls I blocked the harassment continued until Christmas eve, six months of this. I then threatened a lawsuit and someone finally said they would stop and it did. Next in April they send a non renewal letter do to no inspection. Fine with me but now getting calls that I owe them $142 for what I have no idea and the policy was paid in full until August 24, 2025. If it shows up on my credit report I will sue them.
