Kevin Wasson American Family Insurance

I have been with Kevin Wasson American Family Insurance for almost 13 years. Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, I'm not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had American Family since we moved out to Washington in 2009. Now its 2020 and we feel that the price is ridiculous. Literally jumped $30 like we had been in an accident like it was our fault. No discounts on: 1. No accidents and 2. No tickets. Granted, insurance rate do increase between $1.50 to $5.00, but $30?!?!?! We are searching for another insurance

My favorite insurance office ever! I had them previously and the rates were amazing! Got my husband to change our house and his vehicle to them. Saved a chunk of change. Love the staff too!

Great people at this agency. They will do everything they can to beat other local agencies. If you have tickets in the last three years and accidents in the last 5 years the best thing is to be honest with them. Tell them you want state minimum on PD/BI and that will decrease your payments each month. That is if you have been in any accidents or have had tickets in the last five years.

I have been with American Family insurance since the came to Centralia. I have home and auto with them and they have been the best insurance company that I have EVER had!
