Kevin is the Best State Farm Agent and Colleen, his right hand assistant, is a joy to work with. They always make me feel like I'm their most important client and take seriously all my questions and concerns. 👎👎👎I have used state farm in hotchkiss with Kevin Parks for the past 3 years. I had my homeowners insurance, truck insurance and atv insured with them. It started in June when I called state farm to talk to Kevin about someone rear ending me. Well, Kevin didn't answer. I left a voice mail. The next week I called again and left a voice mail. No call backs. July comes. I call and no answer. This time, I am calling about canceling my homeowners insurance due to selling my house in August. August comes.
