Thank you to Kevin and his amazing office staff. I had life insurance issues in my family and Kevin found us an affordable plan that covers death benefit and actually makes some money too. He knew more about life insurance than my financial advisor did. I'm going to take Kevin up on his offer to talk about the retirement policies too so I don't outlive my savings when I hope to retire. So today I was adding a new vehicle to my policy which is never easy, I had to call and add a new vehicle to my policy, I was a little nervous with this process, so I called my local State Farm Agency, Jacquelyn Picked up the phone, from her first initial greeting, Jacquelyn was more than willing to help me through this whole process, Jacquelyn energy was at 1000% which calmed me down to have my questions answered and addressed. Jacquelyn not only answered my questions and concerns she expressed that this her job to make an exiting moment such as adding a NEW vehicle Followed up with great service which she nailed. The documents were sent over right a way with her sense of urgency. She’s an amazing part of your team and should be congratulated on her impeccable customer service.
