Kevin Downey - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been a state farm customer for at least 15 years. I’m so disappointed in the little help I received when I got notice they were canceling my home owners insurance because they say I need to limb my trees and I need a new roof. Without an insurance person even coming to my house. All my neighbors who have state farm and worse roofs/trees that aren’t maintained aren’t getting their policies canceled. To top it off, my roof is only 7 years old and does not need to be replaced. I even had a roofing contractor come out to tell me it didn’t need to be done. I’ve reached out to this office several times for assistance and get no where. Unfortunately, now I’m canceling all my state farm policies with them for the lack of customer service. I shouldn’t be paying $550 a month to not get any help

Kevin Downey & the Office Manager of State Farm in Yelm are Fantastic! If you need Insurance for Auto, Home or Life, I Highly recommend getting your policies from this Agency! Customer service is top notch, they go above and beyond to take care of the clients and I've seen this interaction 1st hand! I also heard they have a new Salesman who is very energetic and positive! They all work well together and are excited to serve your Insurance needs! Please give them a call or stop by the Office.

Kevin and his stuff are awesome! I was shopping around for a decent insurance with a decent rate. Left a building with all my cars insured. Great customer service, got me set up quick. Definitely staying with that guy. Highly recommend him
