All the employees are very professional and courteous. Melinda greets me by name. I don't expect her to do that. It's nice. Kevin was very nice and helpful in explaining the different types of insurance options I am interested in. He gave me information that otherwise I probably wouldn't have thought about until later in life. Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me that could benefit not only me, but others when I am gone.

No one likes changing insurance. Kevin made it so easy. He sat with me and explained every single piece of insurance, what it meant, what the cost is. No one‘s ever done that before. So I got a lot more insurance for an even lower cost. It was easy to deal with him and his staff was amazing.
