I was searching for a new insurance company because I was planning on leaving Family auto insurance and I had to privilege to speak to Jennie Lezama and I switched over right away. Not only the price convinced me the customer service was excellent. I saved 1,200 a year by switching but she explained to me everything so I can understand. I appreciate that because every other insurance company add stuff or say you need stuff but have no idea what any of the number is services mean or do but Jennie took the time and answered everything clearly for me. She doesn’t rush you and is very patient and polite and respectful and that is someone I want to take care of me always. Thank you again Jennie highly recommend

I was in need of a quote for home and car insurance and talked to agent Jennie Lezama at my local State Farm agency. She listened carefully to my needs and patiently answered all of my questions and found the right plan for me. I felt confident in my decision to insure with State Farm. I'm happy to know that Jennie will be there as my agent and that they have an actual office in my community. It is great to have a real person to talk to when making such a big decision and I know she'll be there if I have any future questions. It's one less thing to be stressed about.

Recently switched all of our insurance policies to State Farm from vehicles to home insurance. Kevin was so informative, quick to respond and easy to work with. Now we added another policy with State Farm, and Jennie was great to work with and quick to get us a quote and then to get our policy added right away. Do not use this agent! Not only did they make many mistakes that have costed me a lot of money and time, they are also rude and dishonest. I asked on several occasions if I could talk with Kevin and I was told by Jenny that she runs the office and he has nothing to do with it. I have had 2 different insurance companies call them for documents and they either did not respond, or provided the right info. When my current insurance company called looking for documents, Jenny responded “I don’t want to get involved.” They responded have been unhelpful, rude and completely dishonest. There are so many other options…I’d run far away from this office!
