Started out as a great insurance company with competitive rates. It ended for me 12/23/2025 with crazy expensive rates! I've never filed a claim, auto or home with them! Be sure and shop annually for home and auto insurance, don't ever be loyal, this insurance company is sure not! Also, if you don't know, KY is going to 1% of replacement value for wind/hail damage. In my case my wind/hail damage deductible was $7,200!! All while my rate increased $500!! Made a switch and saved $300 on home annually and $150 a month for auto insurance!!
Pay full coverage on a 4x4 truck for YEARS - have an accident, then see what your insurance company can do for you. I’ll save you some time…fast forward 3 days, still waiting on a rental car, oh, and they’ll want to give you a Prius. KY Farm Bureau can’t even connect you with a rental company that HAS vehicles, they make you do all of the leg work! All for $200/month, full coverage auto insurance.
I love the fact my rates keep going up even though I haven’t had any accidents
