Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance

Very thankful for this locally owned insurance agency. We spoke with a wonderful gentleman Jeff, who helped me and my husband get great insurance coverage for both our vehicles as well as our home. They also help with life insurance and other insurance policies, which we will and everyone should look into. But overall we are super grateful for this team.

Me and my Girlfriend purchased a truck back in January. She called these idiots about a quote in HER name. They give her a quote it was to much. So we decided to go elsewhere to Liberty mutual with a much better rate. 4 months pass by and her grandpa goes in to pay his insurance and they tell him he owes $285 on our truck. That is not in no way shape or form in his name. So they illegally insured the truck in her grandpas name. And now they are putting blame everywhere except on theirselves and still trying to make him pay the insurance instead of admitting they screwed up.

Jeff was great to work with. He listened to what I needed and gave me information that I didn't know, which was greatly appreciated. I am very pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this insurance company.

Have had no trouble with this insurance and was way cheaper than many multiple insurance companies!!!
