One of Kentucky farm bureaus insured backed into my car on Saturday night, and my claim was settled before 7 days. Very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. It literally only took 5 minutes to hand in the paperwork, and I was out the door. Satisfied. Thank you Kentucky farm bureau.

Office doesn’t return phone calls kept getting put off for a quote by Chrystal Amburgey one of the agents at this location. Tried a different branch was told I had to use this office .

I would give them a 0 if I could. My rates kept climbing, and nothing changed on my end. Then I had a friend pay it forward, and pay my bill. I didn’t know. Went in, and out for it too. Now they’re saying I didn’t pay, and won’t refund!
