Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance

Started off well, then for no reason they raised my rate by $22.00 a month I called to inquire why and the rude snot nosed country bumpkin on the other end said “well because we had so many claims due to the wind” I said “I didn’t have a claim so why would mine go up” she got rude and said “well we raised yours $22.00 and the other people $40.00 to be fair” That’s the stupidest answer I have ever been told, how is that fair?!? I had no claims yet I’m paying for other people’s claims. I got an estimate with same deductibles better coverage and roughly $40.00 less a month than I was paying with them! Do your research there are better companies in this small town that offer amazing customer service, prices and coverage.

I’m very concerned with this insurance company . When you have people wanting insurance that has no wrecks no tickets and etc and was quoted a very high price . Then you have people that have marks on their driving record and they pay a low amount . Now what’s going on with this ? It doesn’t make any sense .

Rates could be just a bit better. Not their fault. Everyone in the is awesome, and it's nice having a local agent.
