Nice people very high priced had to change my vehicles insurance to another company
My insurance rates have been affordable. I have not had an issue with this agency. If you are looking for affordable insurance this company is great. The London location office that I have had to visit the staff are friendly and try to get you the best policy for your needs.
They was awesome.. great customer service and all of them I have talked to has been very polite. We had an accident a very long way from home and they had us a rental in 24 hours because we had to have one very quick so we could get home. I was very impressed with how quick they worked to get everything settled. I will always be a customer.
Ok - I previously had given them a rough review but I am changing it now. I wrecked my bike a while back and they took FOREVER getting the claim processed, but I was apparently the first claim they had ever done. I am going to give them a 5 star because after it was all said & done they were very apologetic and responsive once they had everything worked out. The price is really good, they are very friendly, and I have my house and vehicle insured with them as well. 9/10 would recommend.
My family has 100+ years of service with them. I wanted to continue to give them my business. However, I left them for GEICO when they would not help me with a better car insurance rate. Reduced my monthly insurance payment by $62 for even better coverage for switching. Just recently, my wife and I purchased a home and wanted to try and go back to KY Farm Bureau to bundle our home along with both vehicles and my motorcycle. They quoted me an excellent price for home insurance but then told us that full coverage for our cars together would be $275. We agreed, signed the papers and proceeded with getting home insurance and then they turned around and said that our coverage for just my wife's vehicle would be $340 per month for full coverage, which was substantially more than what was quoted
