Chuck is a class act along with his entire staff. Perfect place to be treated like a human being and a friend and not just a policy. Always a friendly hello and open door. 100% 5 stars for not just Chuck but also the people he has surrounded himself with.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I have had them as my insurance company for years. No claims, yet I am charged double for insurance premium and over $160 for taxes to a local taxing entity. I asked for a larger deductible or other options. Was told "you just need to go somewhere else for insurance." It is unfortunate that the agent thinks so little of a customer that he provides nothing for them.
They are always very friendly and professional!! They understand ppl are having issues in daily life and they try hard to do what ever that can for ya!! Great business and great prices on insurance!!
