I've been with this company MOST of my life. Left for like 2 years and quickly came back. You CANNOT beat the 1 on 1 service they provide. Kevin and his long time staff are just amazing! I Have all my vehicles and home with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else! I always refer them to friends and family.
This place does not know what they are doing. I called to get a quote, they apparently "only" found the quote from year or so ago from my parents. I told the lady that I had a separate one with them on my 98 Corvette as a 18 year old for 200$. The female on the phone called me pretty much a liar and then try to push me to get me to bundle with my mother even though I told her I don't want to do that from the start. Then she tries to tell me my quote is over $250 for a 2004 Chevy Malibu and I'm 20 years old with a clean record. Then when I try to ask a question about why this was higher than in my Corvette was at 18 and of they price match with other companies, I was completely disrespected by the female who answers the phone there and was told " it's a quote take it or not." Apparently they do not care to pay out when one of their own customers is at fault. Go elsewhere.
No issues compared to other insurance companies.
