Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance

Love Kentucky Farm Bureau!! Had them over 15 years when the EF4 came through. We files a claim on a Sunday via the app and was contacted by Tuesday and had an adjuster out that next Thursday. New year's weekend got our damage report, filled out necessary paperwork and boom, had our check by Tuesday!

Terrible customer service. I have been a member for 25 years in Crittenden County with nothing but the best service from them, but since moving to Marshall I have encountered the worst service. I recently needed to add a metal garage with its contents (valuable tools and ATV) to my farmowner's policy and since the property is currently for sale they will not write me a policy. I cannot understand why this would be a risk and besides that ...that's what insurance is all about. Moving my business somewhere else!

Getting a letter of decleration from kfb seems to be impossible....be careful when switching to a different insurance company they only send a partial decleration and it makes it look like you had a gap in your insurance when you did not.

They have the cheapest insurance rates that I have been able to find anywhere and the staff is always very polite, and friendly. The building is always clean and they also have a drive thru.

Never had any issue with them. They get my 5 stars!
