Was promised by the bank that the title company was going to send all checks to pay off all debt within few days . Approximately a week later I received all checks mailed to my house . I then called the bank and was told that this is the first time they heard of a title company doing this because they were suppose to send the checks out . I then made contact with with this title company (Erica ) and was told that I had to mail out all checks . This is very unprofessional and a horrible way to do Bussiness now I have to send all these checks out certified so I won’t receive any late fees which I just received one and a 30 day late fees which is going to affect my credit score .. Everyone is super nice and make so many promises just to make money out of you . But once they make money from

Almost impossible to deal with. Combined closing checks that were meant for separate addresses, misspelled letters, check addresses incorrectly entered on checks. Why is everything done via checks and mail?? Not sure why electronic transfers aren’t possible like we’re living in 1955 and have to rely on the post office for everything. Packages lost, phone calls not returned, emails not returned, just a terrible experience.

Their Boulder office closed up after our closing. They owed us several thousand dollars and I had to chase the New York office months later to get it. And I never received a 1099-S for the sale, so following the TurboTax guidance I didn’t have to declare the sale on my taxes (gain was below the $500k marital allowance. I just got a letter from the IRS, who DID get a 1099-S from KV indicating I now owe $484,000 in taxes and penalties on the sale. What a nightmare!!!

Kensington Vanguard is the best Title Company ever! Very professional, effective, when ever there is an issue they always respond fast and execute that issue with ease! Highly recommend!

KV services have been amazing. They helped deal with the bank and get me closed on time. I would highly recommend them.
